Nemanja Rotar Biography

 

Nemanja Rotar is a novelist, poet and essayist. He majored Serbian Language with South Slavic Languages at the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade. He published a book of poems The Beginig of a Dream, story book Readers Catalogue, books of essays The Vortex of Loneliness and Shadows and Smoke, a book of critical texts 2000 characters and novels: Dragon΄s Awakening, The Balkan Guardians , The last night on Levant, Intolerance, The last Romans and Tomorrow after Childhood. He edited an anthology of poems by Miroslav Antić callled Poems for Grown Ups. He resived a scholaship by the Borislav Pekić Found for the synopsis of the novel Intolerance (2005). Lives and work in Pančevo.
